I walked out of 3 dealerships before I went to Toyota of Morristown because the sales people were very pushy and made me feel anxious. Brien was very friendly, mellow, kind, honest and not pushy. He made this experience very pleasant. As a woman I especially appreciate the way he treated me. And to top it off, they had the color that I wanted. “ I bought a brand new Sienna from this place in 2021. The atmosphere was pleasant, the staff was courteous (readily available but also left us alone), and for some reason it just felt like a hotel. It was the first dealership I been to in over a decade, so I just assumed this was how all dealerships are nowadays. Then we went shopping around in other places and learned this was not the case AT ALL. We had such a bad experience at other dealerships - including another Toyota - that we came running back, even if we could've saved money elsewhere. The sales team is smooth and efficient. The services department is smooth and efficient. Each department in every category deserves 5 stars on its own. But compared to other dealerships, it was a 7 out of 5 star experience. My apologies for such a late review; I don't know how much of the staff has changed since then, but we worked with Bonnie. She was great. So why am I writing a review five years later? Because my wife and I just bought a car from Honda to replace her Camry this week. I won't go into details, but every step of the process was so slow and aggravating, that it reminded me how great Toyota of Morristown is. This place is the gold standard for all dealerships. In fact, I would come back just to hang out in the lobby and feel like everything is okay in the world. I won't make the mistake of going to another dealership again. ”
